Northstar Operations Advisors was founded by a career aviation executive with more than two decades of hands-on leadership across major U.S. airline operations. As President of United Ground Express, a wholly-owned subsidiary of United Airlines, the firm's founder led a large-scale ground handling operation with full P&L accountability.

Prior to commercial aviation, Northstar's founder served as a commissioned officer and helicopter pilot in the U.S. Army, including with the elite 160th Special Operations Aviation Regiment. That background instilled a precision-first, mission-driven approach that defines every client engagement.

Northstar brings executive-level insight without the overhead, providing organizations with the seasoned counsel they need to make confident decisions in an industry that demands precision.
